Introduction to Low-Tech Mushroom Growing

Most people believe that growing mushrooms requires special attention and a high investment. This class will demonstrate to you the opposite. This is an ideal class for the fungus enthusiast that never grew mushrooms before. We will be tasting various sautéed mushrooms and each participant will receive their own Table Top Farm kit to take home.
